REFUND POLICY
The policy of the HILHI YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION is to issue no refunds after a child has participated in a sanctioned practice or game. Prior to participating in a sanctioned practice or game, a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee may be issued. If no other costs are incurred there will be a $25.00 processing fee per athlete to process a refund. There will be no refunds for Flag Football after September 5th. Questions regarding refunds may be sent to our association president.
